Graduate Housing
911±¬ÁÏÍø provides graduate students with single, family or group housing options that are adjacent to campus. Approximately 50% of graduate students live in a 911±¬ÁÏÍø-owned residential space. The Office of Residential Life administrates the campus housing program.For information on 911±¬ÁÏÍø housing options, rental rates, the assignment process, and the graduate housing application form please visit Graduate Housing at the Residential Life web site.
Some graduate students reside in non-911±¬ÁÏÍø owned apartments and houses near the 911±¬ÁÏÍø campus. The Office of Graduate Student Services posts information about these options on the bulletin board in the office reception area. Feel free to stop in to see recent postings.
Rent
Graduate students who receive a stipend are paid twice per month. Half of each month’s rent is automatically deducted from each stipend paycheck for graduate students who receive a stipend. Graduate students who do not receive a stipend must pay the full month’s rent online by the 10th of each month.

STUDENT ACCOUNTS
General Information:
911±¬ÁÏÍø electronically sends a billing statement to every 911±¬ÁÏÍø student account holder via their assigned 911±¬ÁÏÍø email account. Each bill must be settled with Student Accounts within 30 days. Please login at any time to access your student account and billing history. In addition to viewing your student account activity and making online payments, features include:
- Real-time student account information
- Ability to generate custom account statements by term or date range
- Student account integrated payment plan options (beginning July 2020)
- Ability to set up multiple bank accounts for student account payments
- Ability to add multiple Authorized Users
- Integrated international payment option via Flywire
- Sign on with existing WesPortal login credentials

Enrolled graduate students may charge purchases at the University Box Office or Film Studies Center to their student account. A valid 911±¬ÁÏÍø ID must be presented at the time of the purchase. Graduate students may not charge items at the Cardinal Technology Center or University Book Store (RJ Julia) to their student account.

Late Fees:
A late fee of $200 may be assessed if any amount remains unpaid after 30 days.
Policies Regarding Financial Delinquency:
If your account is sufficiently delinquent during a current semester, you may be administratively withdrawn from 911±¬ÁÏÍø.
All financial obligations must be paid in full before a transcript or diploma is released.
Refunds:
Refunds for credit balances on the student account are made only upon request and are not issued based on pending credit. The can be accessed on the Student Accounts homepage. Once there scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on . Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of your request for issuance of the refund. The Finance Office will utilize direct deposit only for students that already have direct deposit on file with 911±¬ÁÏÍø.
