ITS Service Desk
The ITS Service Desk is the primary initial point of contact for 911±¬ÁÏÍø faculty, staff, and students seeking assistance with ITS delivered services and support.

- 1st floor lobby of the Exley Science Center, 265 Church St.

During the semester, Service Desk hours are:
- In person Walk-in Support and Telephone Support: Monday thru Thursday 9:00AM – 9:00PM; Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Saturday Closed; Sunday 7:00PM - 10:00PM
- IT Service and Support can also be obtained through WesPortal > ITS Help >
- The ITS Knowledge Base: WesPortal > WesSupport-ITS Help > is a convenient starting point to find help and instruction for your needs
